Job Summary

Advise and counsel full and part-time undergraduate students and families on financial aid availability, delivery processes, and reconciliation procedures. Review student applications, complete awarding based on federal and institutional policies, and perform verification and appeal evaluations. Assist with operational tasks including Title IV calculations, auditing awards, and designing policies for institutional scholarships and grants. Direct and supervise financial aid counselors, defining responsibilities, monitoring performance, and administering personnel development. Represent Student Financial Services at campus recruitment events and workshops to advise students and colleagues on aid processes and billing procedures.
