Assistant Director of Training and Compliance

Job Summary
Oversee agency training, records management, storage, and critical incident events while managing compliance requirements across all funding sources and national accreditation standards. Lead interactions with auditors, surveyors, State officials, and investigators, and support the department's electronic database system transformation. Serve as the agency Title VI Coordinator and establish expectations and culture for new hires. Occasionally travel and work outside typical Monday–Friday hours to fill in for all departmental roles as needed. Demonstrate positive leadership in all situations, uphold Orange Grove's mission and policies, and supervise staff including the Training Department, Records Room, Event Management Coordinator, and CNA training program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in evaluating systems and writing policies & procedures
- Fluent Excel and computer skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Good overall physical health and personal stamina
- Physical examination, including TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to occasionally travel
- Ability to work outside of the typical Monday – Friday, first shift hours
