Job Summary
As the Assistant Director of Spa, you will lead the daily spa operations, execute short- and long-term goals with the Spa Director, manage budgeting and purchasing to keep the spa cost-effective, oversee supervision and coverage of all spa areas, drive spa marketing and promotions, ensure professional guest communications, develop and implement a 12-month marketing plan, maintain facility standards, manage inventory and labor, and serve as a liaison between the hotel and spa industry while guiding staffing, payroll, and training to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in management or supervisory position in a spa or related field
