Job Summary
Assistant Director of Sales to support the Director of Sales and Marketing with day-to-day leadership and management of the sales and catering teams, coordinating with the DOSM to implement sales strategies, meet monthly sales goals, oversee and train Sales, Catering, and Conference Service Managers, and assist in developing and executing monthly/quarterly goals. Requires strong English communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and organizational skills; experience in hotel sales, budgeting, revenue management, and familiarity with tools like TravelClick (Demand 360, Rate 360, A360). Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience and 5+ years in hotel sales; travel for outside appointments and site inspections is implied. Location is Hilton Richmond Downtown, USA.
