Job Summary
Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel while monitoring competitor pricing and market trends to adjust tactics. Lead weekly or bi-weekly revenue management meetings, providing insights based on reporting data, and formulate topline forecasts to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers. Conduct regular performance reviews to optimize pricing and inventory, ensuring reservations are well managed and systems are used to maximize RevPAR. Mentor junior team members in revenue management practices and collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to achieve business goals. Ensure data quality and system hygiene for Revenue Management and Distribution applications. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles
- Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth
- Proficient in revenue management principles
- Fluency in English
- To be eligible to enter and work in Makkah (Muslims only)

- IDeaS Revenue Management Platform experience highly desirable
- Strong understanding of the distribution landscape, online travel agencies, and emerging market trends
