Job Summary
Manage the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team within a post-acute environment by assisting the Program Manager in patient evaluation, treatment program administration, and community marketing activities. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while assuming Program Manager responsibilities during their absence. Requires a licensed clinician with advanced problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and minimum two years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or long-term care. This role is part of Symbria's 100% employee-owned organization dedicated to patient-centered care for the geriatric population.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed clinician (physical, occupational, or speech language) in respective state(s) of service.
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments

Desired Qualifications
- Rehabilitation professional with acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation and/or outpatient experience
