Job Summary
Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist) leads the rehab team in a post-acute facility, evaluating and treating residents, developing and updating treatment plans to improve mobility and function, supervising PTAs and therapy staff, overseeing documentation and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident outcomes and quality of life.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of California
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care planning skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
