Job Summary
Lead internal incident investigations, monitor reportable incidents for regulatory compliance, and support staff training on incident reporting protocols. Conduct program site reviews, participate in quality assurance oversight committees, and review stakeholder satisfaction surveys. Compile documentation for external OHCQ investigations, draft Plans of Correction, and track program compliance with approved corrections. Support organizational preparation for licensing and accreditation reviews, including entrance and exit meetings, while assisting with the annual Quality Assurance Plan. Manage nursing-related compliance with OHCQ and MBON regulations under the supervision of the Director of Quality Assurance.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree plus three years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree plus five years of relevant professional experience
- High school diploma plus nine years of relevant professional experience
- Three years of experience must be at a supervisory level
- Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with program evaluation preferred
