Job Summary
Coordinate quality assurance, accreditation, and programme review activities across the institution while supporting the preparation and submission of documentation for regulatory bodies. Monitor compliance with institutional policies, external regulatory requirements, and national standards. Maintain quality assurance records, databases, and documentation; develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational processes. Coordinate external evaluation visits, periodic review activities, and committee documentation. Collaborate with academic departments, programme leaders, and senior management to support continuous improvement and the implementation of new academic programmes. Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in a quality assurance, accreditation, higher education administration, or senior coordination role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, both written and verbal
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and database management
- Ability to prepare high-quality reports, documentation, and presentations
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in Quality Management, Education, or a related field
- Experience within the higher education or healthcare education sector
- Experience with accreditation processes and regulatory bodies, such as CYQAA
- Experience supporting curriculum development
- Experience using AI tools to enhance workplace productivity
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software and reporting tools
