Job Summary
Lead and coordinate a temporary print project management team in Fairfield, Ohio, overseeing end-to-end print production workflows, vendor coordination, timelines, and quality control. Partner with the Director of Client Services to manage daily operations, cross-functional workflows, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and top-tier client communication. Requires deep knowledge of prepress, offset and digital printing, large-format, and fulfillment processes, with a proven track record in supervising teams, managing complex projects, and maintaining color accuracy and finish standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in project management, print production, or agency operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Local Availability: Must be able to commute to or work out of the Fairfield, Ohio location
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
