Job Summary
Lead and manage Project Management Team Leads across assigned verticals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor workload and staffing alignment while serving as the escalation point for project and personnel issues. Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to protect timelines and margins, reviewing financials and forecasts to drive process improvements. Coach, develop, and hold Team Leads accountable for results and communication while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Estimating, Design, Operations, and Installation teams. This hands-on leadership role involves translating company strategy into executable results, with up to 20% travel required and a standard full-time schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience
- 7+ years in a leadership role with direct people management
- Proven experience leading managers or team leads
- Up to 20% travel required

- PMP Certification Preferred
