Job Summary
Assistant Director of People & Culture at Four Seasons Florence oversees daily P&C operations, supports the Director of P&C in shaping and executing strategic initiatives focused on employee experience and engagement. Leads recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee relations; partners with department leaders to address functional needs, manage budgets and labor costs, ensure compliance with Italian Labour Laws, and drive communications and cultural initiatives. Requires collaboration across hotel leadership, strong communication, ability to innovate and adapt to evolving business needs, and fluency in Italian and English. Based in Florence, Italy in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a related position with Four Seasons or another organization
- Experience in luxury hospitality is preferred
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office
