Job Summary
Assistant Director of People & Culture at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian leads the People & Culture division as part of the Hotel Leadership team. The role oversees benefits administration, employee relations, recruitment and retention, staff communication, career development, wage & hour compliance, training, workers’ compensation and legal matters related to hotel employees. Occasional travel to other Four Seasons Hotels for training and development. Requires strong strategic and interpersonal skills, professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to champion change. Applicants should have 3–5 years of related experience; Human Resources or Hospitality education is preferable but not essential if relevant work experience is present. Fluent English and Mandarin capabilities are required.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years previous employment in a related position.
