Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals; develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals; oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations; collaborate with department heads, ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, implement HR systems and processes, manage budgets for the HR department, conduct HR audits, and provide recommendations for improvement; serve as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters and organizational development; fluency in English and Arabic; Bachelor's degree required with a Master's degree preferred; 7+ years of HR experience including 3+ years in managerial HR roles; professional HR certification preferred; strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience including 3+ years in a managerial HR role
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Demonstrated strategic planning and implementation skills
