Job Summary
Conduct daily rounds, nursing observations, and assessments to support person-centered resident care while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and LSC policies. Supervise nursing personnel, interpret nursing service procedures, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to address physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Serve as a liaison for licensed personnel, participate in QAPI committees, and monitor infection control and restorative nursing programs. Assume duties of Nursing Supervisor, Charge Nurse, or Director of Nursing as assigned. Maintain a set schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities including a proportionate share of 24-hour call. Perform required educational programs and assist with staffing, interviewing, and disciplinary processes.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of geriatric care and supervisory experience preferred
