Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) at Recovery Village Atlanta, part of Advanced Recovery Systems, leads day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, assists the Director of Nursing, resolves shift issues, ensures compliance with infection control, coordinates admissions workflow, manages medication storage and inventories, coordinates the Vivitrol program, and collaborates with departments to deliver quality patient care in a 62-bed addiction treatment facility in Roswell, GA. Responsibilities include monitoring labs and outside consults, auditing admissions/discharges, scheduling units, and maintaining appropriate nurse staffing levels, including during State of Emergency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
- State licensure to practice nursing
- Behavioral Health experience preferred
- Leadership/supervisor experience preferred
- Higher education preferred
