Job Summary
Lead and inspire the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee staffing and training initiatives to foster a skilled workforce while driving quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes. Play a key role in achieving the mission of providing exceptional care to patients and residents within our post-acute care services.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to quality care
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
