Assistant Director of Nursing The Lodge at Historic Lewes

Evaluate resident needs to develop and revise service plans per state regulations while demonstrating understanding of aging-related pathophysiological changes. Direct daily work assignments for resident care associates, monitor infection control compliance, and participate in direct care as needed. Discuss resident medical concerns with the ED, family, and physicians; administer topical, oral, sublingual, injectable, and ear/eye medications per written orders. Ensure staffing schedules are met, including backup coverage, and complete incident reports to minimize future issues. Provide support for assignment questions and emergency situations while collaborating with all departments to improve services. This role oversees both Assisted Living and Reflections Neighborhoods under the Resident Care Director and SALSA.
