Job Summary
Develop nursing service objectives and standards in accordance with facility policies. Assess each resident's needs and assist in developing treatment plans for nursing care to meet daily requirements. Participate in the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordination of care and treatment. Ensure nursing personnel provide treatments, medications, diets, rehabilitative care, and activities of daily living as stated in care plans. Train nursing staff in the proper provision of direct care to residents. Lead others through actions consistent with the facility culture. Requires current RN or LVN license and minimum two years of Long-Term Care experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LVN license
- Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
