Assistant Director of Nursing

Supervise nursing staff, assess resident care needs, and oversee care programs while ensuring compliance with nursing policies and regulations. Conduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance efforts to maintain exceptional standards. Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations, and participate in budgeting and resource planning. Represent the nursing department in the Director of Nursing's absence. This role supports the team at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility offering a hotel-like atmosphere with private suites.
