Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing Services (ADON) who will plan, organize, develop, and assist with the direction of the Nursing Services operation to ensure the highest quality resident care in accordance with laws, regulations and company standards. Requires an RN license in Virginia, Associate’s Degree, CPR certification (current), and 2–4 years related experience. Location: Poquoson, VA. Reports to the Director of Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently registered/licensed with applicable state.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain it during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
- Education: Associate’s Degree
- Two to four years related experience
