Job Summary
Conduct weekly wound rounds and infection control checks while ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Schedule staff within the Nursing department and assist the Director of Nursing with departmental duties. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care across the 35-bed long-term care facility. Maintain current RN license in good standing with a minimum of one year in Long-Term Care experience. Available for on-call rotation during day shift hours. Aurora Nursing and Rehab Center prioritizes Service and People as pillars of skilled nursing and rehabilitation delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing

- Strong clinical judgment
