Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance, while leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of nurses and healthcare professionals. Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and manage daily clinical operations, including compliance, coordination of care, and ensuring patient and family satisfaction. Serve as operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing, assuming all Director responsibilities in their absence. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure delivery of exceptional care to residents through participation in quality assurance monitoring and adherence to regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN nursing license
