Assistant Director of Nursing (RN or LPN)

Provide personal care to residents ensuring safety and comfort, assess and treat wounds including pressure ulcers and skin breakdowns, and interpret test results to take appropriate action. Accurately document resident conditions, pain assessments, and physician orders while implementing care plans established by the interdisciplinary team. Advise oncoming staff of resident status at shift changes, promote resident independence, and react decisively in emergency situations. Maintain a clean, hazard-free environment and ensure all equipment is functional. Report any malfunctions to the supervisor and adhere to abuse prevention policies. Full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with an on-call requirement every third week.
