Job Summary
Join Seabrook Village as an Assistant Director of Nursing; responsible for clinical leadership and outcomes in Skilled, Assisted Living, and Memory Care neighborhoods. Requires RN license, 3 years of healthcare leadership experience, and expertise in wound care and infection control.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN nursing license with no restrictions for the state in which they operate
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare leadership role
- Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, MDS, falls, hydration, infection control, care planning
- Must obtain Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with an electronic medical record (EMR) system
- CPR/First Aid training
