Job Summary
Develop and maintain nursing policies and procedures aligned with federal, state, and corporate standards in coordination with the Director of Nursing. Lead clinical staff by coaching, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment that reflects C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff while ensuring compliance with professional nursing practice standards. This role supports the provision of resident care at American Senior Communities, a leader in senior care with over 100 locations across Indiana. The position emphasizes staff development through mentorship programs and offers pathways for clinical and leadership growth.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Indiana RN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

- A desire to inspire and motivate clinical staff and foster a positive work environment
