Job Summary
Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participating in orientation and in-service education training. Participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel. Responsible for assisting with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensuring proper infection control techniques are utilized. Requires a current RN license, three years of nursing experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Located in Sedgwick, KS, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- current license by State Board of Nursing
- at least three years of nursing experience
- one year of supervisory experience
- excellent organizational and planning skills
- the ability to coordinate with other departments
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
