Job Summary
Lead and inspire the nursing team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee staffing and training initiatives to foster a supportive and skilled nursing workforce. Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction while playing a key role in achieving the mission of providing exceptional care to patients and residents. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience
- At least one year of supervisory experience
