Assistant Director of Nursing - RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Assist with planning and supervising the twenty-four-hour operation of the facility to ensure the delivery of quality resident care while acting as a resident advocate. Manage resident care, hire, guide, develop, and evaluate the nursing team, and specialize in identifying, controlling, and preventing outbreaks of infection. Develop and revise infection control policies, investigate suspected outbreaks, and provide consultation on risk assessment and prevention strategies. Implement standards of nursing practice through policy formulation, direct department record maintenance, and coordinate new hire orientations. Deliver clinical training for new team members, research in-service programs, and supervise staff by giving direction, assignments, and evaluations. Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
