Assistant Director of Nursing/Risk Manager RN

Job Summary
Lead and ensure high-quality nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility; direct infection control, participate in QA/CQI, manage preadmission assessments, supervise nursing and caregiving staff, ensure regulatory compliance, participate in state/federal surveys, develop in-service training, maintain compliant clinical records, and support staff development. Requires an active RN license, accredited nursing school graduate, and a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory healthcare experience; on-call rotation; on-site responsibilities in Bremen, GA. Includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare (preferably as an ADON)
- On-Call Hours within a weekly rotation
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a customer service focus
- Knowledge of nursing skills and the ability to understand medications and their side effects
