Job Summary
Oversee the nursing department's daily operations in a skilled nursing facility by providing leadership to nursing staff and conducting regular resident health assessments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop individualized care plans and assist in recruiting, training, and supervising nursing personnel. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and act as a liaison between staff, residents, families, and administration to address concerns. Requires an RN license, BSN preferred, and supervisory experience in a skilled nursing setting. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the state regulatory board
