Assistant Director of Nursing

Job Summary
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing department operations while leading the development and oversight of clinical education programs. Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to RNs, LPNs, and MHTs, and collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care. Coordinate orientation, onboarding, competency validation, and annual assessments; develop and evaluate staff development programs. Maintain regulatory readiness with Joint Commission, CMS, and DHS requirements, and support quality improvement, patient safety, and performance initiatives. Monitor educational outcomes, promote evidence-based practice, and participate in audits, surveys, and corrective action planning. Assist with staffing oversight, recruitment, and retention. Current Oklahoma RN license, BSN required, with five years clinical experience and two years in behavioral health.

- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Aggression Management training
