Job Summary
Manage the nursing department by supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, ensuring adherence to facility policies and regulatory compliance. Assist the Director of Nursing in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff while monitoring resident health status and adjusting care plans as needed. Lead daily operations by responding to medical emergencies, preparing for regulatory inspections, and collaborating with administration and therapy teams to coordinate holistic care. Address resident and family concerns, foster a culture of teamwork, and drive quality improvement initiatives through incident report reviews and KPI tracking. Maintain accurate documentation and provide mentorship to enhance clinical performance and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
