Job Summary
Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while overseeing daily nursing care delivery across all units. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training, and provide coaching, performance management, and discipline. Ensure care plans are implemented, monitor residents for condition changes, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Address and resolve clinical issues such as falls, wounds, and infections, and help manage staffing schedules and coverage. Requires an active Idaho RN license with one year of skilled nursing experience. Competitive hourly pay, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Idaho
- Minimum one year of successful nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility
- Extraordinary attention-to-detail
