Job Summary
Support the Director of Nursing with daily operations, rounding, care standards, and staff development while overseeing all MDS assessments, care plan development, and quality measures per CMS guidelines. Serve as a liaison between nursing, therapy, and medical staff to coordinate care based on MDS findings, monitor regulatory compliance, and prepare the facility for successful surveys. Conduct staff education on clinical documentation, regulatory changes, and best practices while analyzing clinical data to drive quality improvement initiatives. This full-time leadership role combines frontline practice with strategic coordination within The Pavilion at Stow, offering opportunities for professional growth and mentoring within the network.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- Current experience as an ADON or MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility
- demonstrated readiness to learn both components
- Strong clinical judgment
