Job Summary
Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Develop or implement nursing policies and procedures while ensuring accurate medical records and documentation review. Coordinate with physicians to provide optimal patient care and oversee shift management to maintain adequate staffing levels. Uphold resident rights, ensure ethical standards, and utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patient conditions. Maintain compliance with State, Federal, Joint Commission, and HIPAA regulations. Provide expertise in hospice care and acute care services. This role requires a Registered Nurse with 3-5 years of nursing home experience and in-depth knowledge of medical records management.
