Assistant Director of Nursing*Full Time*Weekly Pay*$5K Sign On Bonus$

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical care, programs, and activities in compliance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act, state licensing, and federal certification guidelines. Educate staff on survey processes, train them on policies and long-term care regulations, and monitor clinical areas for safety and regulatory compliance. Develop staffing plans to meet resident needs, ensure proper care during admissions, and collaborate with the Medical Director on quality assurance. Perform on-call duties and conduct daily rounds to ensure compliance. Requires an Associate degree in nursing, RN license in South Carolina, CPR certification, and 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
