Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON/RN) – Tomahawk Health Services. Lead in nursing services alongside the Director of Nursing, ensuring planning, organization, direction, supervision, and evaluation of nursing care, while maintaining regulatory compliance and accurate records. Manages staff orientation and training, supports department budgeting in the DON's absence, and participates in on-call rotations. This is a working manager role with time on the floor with residents and staff. Requirements include a current RN license, strong financial and management skills, flexibility in scheduling, and occasional overnight travel.
