Job Summary
ADON role: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing nursing services, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate record-keeping, supervising staff, training, and operating within the center’s budget; works on the floor with residents and staff and participates in on-call rotation. Requires current RN license and strong management, financial, and computer skills; preference for post-acute/long-term care experience. Located in Wisconsin facilities with on-site responsibilities on 1st shift; full-time position with benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with the state
- Ability to manage nursing services and supervise staff
- Experience with budgeting and on-call rotation
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft products)
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Experience in nursing leadership or management preferred
