Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) supports the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services in a skilled nursing center. Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining resident-care records, facilitating orientation and training of nursing staff, managing the Nursing department within budget in the DON's absence, and participating in on-call rotations. This is a working manager role with time on the floor with residents and staff. Requires good financial and management skills, flexible schedule, occasional overnight travel, and a positive approach to working with long-term care residents and families. Location: Rib Lake, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Basic computer knowledge; aptitude to learn company applications
- Subject to on-call rotation
