Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Excelcare in Norwood/Hackensack, NJ, leads daily clinical operations alongside the Director of Nursing, supervises nursing staff, and develops staff through mentorship and evaluations. Responsible for regulatory compliance, care-plan development with the interdisciplinary team, and addressing resident and family concerns with professionalism. Must be a licensed RN in New Jersey; prior leadership or supervisory nursing experience preferred; strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices; excellent communication and organizational skills. Locations include Hackensack, NJ and Norwood, NJ with on-site responsibilities at each facility.
