Job Summary
ADON oversees nursing services, assists DON, ensures compliance with regulations, supervises RNs/LPNs/CNAs, recruits/trains staff, develops and monitors resident care plans, addresses resident/family concerns, participates in regulatory inspections, and leads quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and facility performance. Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and thorough knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory requirements are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license
- CPR and First Aid certifications
