Job Summary
Support the Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations, including daily nursing oversight, staff supervision, clinical education, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while coaching staff, developing leaders, and holding them accountable. Apply strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Work collaboratively within a supportive leadership team focused on clinical excellence and staff development to make a meaningful impact on resident care and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact State
- Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
- Excellent clinical, leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold staff accountable
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and interdisciplinary team members
