Oversee the nursing department under the Director of Nursing, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality, resident-centered care. Manage, train, and evaluate the nursing team; coordinate with physicians and families; develop and monitor care plans; ensure accurate documentation and incident reporting; participate in on-call coverage; support infection control and regulatory adherence; and contribute to staff education and quality initiatives.
Required Qualifications
