Job Summary
Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) at The Recovery Village Salem leads daily nursing operations, supports staff oversight, and ensures regulatory compliance across behavioral health services. Responsibilities include infection control and compliance audits, medication storage/coordination, supplies/inventory management, tracking lab orders and transfers, coordinating admissions/discharges, ensuring accurate AVATAR documentation, supervising nursing and behavioral health staff, conducting audits and quality assurance reviews, coordinating the Vivitrol program, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safe staffing and high-quality patient care during emergencies and state-of-emergency operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years' experience as a Licensed Registered Nurse
- Licensed to practice in the State of practice.
