Job Summary
Lead nursing department operations as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with responsibility for coordinating infection control, staff education, interviewing/hiring, staffing oversight, and maintaining medical records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Provide on-call support (24 hours) and oversee total planning of nursing services, while fostering a collaborative team atmosphere and ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with applicable laws. RN licensed required; strong leadership and regulatory knowledge emphasized; positions based in Clewiston and West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- Ability to lead a nursing staff and foster teamwork
- Ability to implement and interpret facility programs, goals, policies, and procedures
- Experience in nursing department operations and regulatory compliance
- Liaison with residents, families, and other departments
