Job Summary
Support and carry out the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders and total resident needs. Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services in partnership with the Director of Nursing to maintain quality standards aligned with Federal, State, and company regulations. Assume full responsibility for clinical operations in the absence of the Director of Nursing. Requires current LPN licensure, two years of supervisory experience, and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Full-time role with competitive starting wage, daily pay, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which you are practicing
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
- Prior experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
- Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role preferred
