Job Summary
Direct licensed and non-licensed staff to ensure high-quality resident care and serve as the acting Director of Nursing in their absence. Oversee occupational health, infection control, and safety functions by conducting surveillance, evaluating incident reports, and providing data to quality committees. Coordinate orientation, hands-on training, competency evaluations, and in-house education while supporting policy development and resident engagement. Uphold confidentiality standards, foster an inclusive workplace, and ensure compliance with MDH regulations and the Residents' Bill of Rights. Assist with nursing care when needed and actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota
