Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff and daily clinical operations within the skilled nursing facility while ensuring compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations. Support staff education, orientation, and training; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote resident well-being. Manage audits, surveys, and infection control initiatives; monitor care plans and quality improvement programs. Serve as a role model for professionalism and high standards of care. Requires valid RN or LPN license in NE, one year of long-term care experience, and preferred leadership background. Competitive salary, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and ongoing training offered.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN or LPN license in NE
- 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing setting
- In-depth knowledge of SNF regulations, CMS guidelines, and best clinical practices
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
