Job Summary
Oversee daily nursing operations, supervise and mentor nurses and CNAs, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives. Assist the Director of Nursing with staffing, scheduling, workflow management, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote exceptional resident care and positive clinical outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assessments, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous leadership, Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or supervisory experience
